Grow and Behold is a startup company having officially opened for business in 2023. Our sole purpose is to bring to you the best tasting and most nutritious produce available locally. Health is wealth and we intend to invest in you the same way you invest in us, by offering the most popular, locally available, farm fresh produce, microgreens and other offerings, so that you are getting the cleanest and freshest fruits and vegetables available on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly subscription delivery basis.
In August of 2018, I got sick. One day, my stomach hurt a little and 3 days later, I was in emergency surgery having 18 inches of my lower intestine removed due to a rupture.
After multiple surgeries, nutrition has suddenly become much more important to me in my daily life.
Fast forward to today, and I have decided to do this to help others live a healthier lifestyle. I’ve always said, when it comes to business, it is important to pay yourself first.
